Cincoro’s Innovative DNA Leads to Bold Decisions
Unlike most brands that use either Highland or Lowland Agaves, Cincoro Tequila captures the essence of both terroirs, uniquely using 100% Blue Weber Agave harvest from the Highland and Lowland appellations of Jalisco, Mexico.
Highland agaves impart their signature sweetness. Lowland agaves impart earthy, vegetal, and peppery notes. Using both types of agave creates the richness and complexity for which Cincoro is known.
The Bottle
The Cincoro bottle was designed by Michael Jordan’s longtime collaborator, Mark Smith.
Inspired by the beauty of the Agave leaf, the bottle is a sleek, contemporary glass sculpture that symbolizes the five founders and their pursuit of greatness, with 23-degree angles paying homage to Michael’s jersey number.
The Founders
CINCORO means “Five Gold” in Spanish (Cinco Oro).
It represents the Five NBA owners — Emilia Fazzalari and Wyc Grousbeck (Celtics), Jeanie Buss (Lakers), Michael Jordan (Hornets), and Wes Edens (Bucks) — met for dinner. That evening they bonded over their shared love for tequila. From there Cincoro was born. Ultra smooth, rich, and simply delicious, it’s the perfect tequila to sip, savor, and share.
