Mediterranean Way
Gin Mare is crafted using traditional Mediterranean techniques and rhythms, with the sole intention of creating a most exceptional gin. It starts with its premium barley, then delicately macerates and independently distills each plant (some, as in the case of citrus plants, take over a year to harmonize). Finally, it goes through the signature blending, allowing each plant to express itself in the end product.
